Single-phase oil-immersed tank transformers for US export adopt ONAN natural cooling design, compatible with America’s 60Hz power grid, and fully comply with ANSI, IEEE, NEMA and DOE energy efficiency standards as well as UL safety certifications. Windings are available in pure copper or aluminum with Class H insulation (180°C temperature resistance) and a 65K temperature rise limit, enabling 1-hour operation under 120% short-time overload. The integrally welded steel tank features anti-corrosion coating and an arched waterproof top, fitted with HV bushings, arrester mounting seats, oil drain sampling valves and lifting lugs for reliable outdoor operation in rainy and saline-alkali areas.
The unit undergoes vacuum oil filling with mineral insulating oil or eco-friendly natural ester oil for superior insulation and heat dissipation. Full type tests including voltage withstand, short-circuit, loss and polarity tests are completed before delivery. Widely applied to suburban residences, small stores and scattered rural distribution networks across the US, these compact, low-maintenance transformers boast a service life of over 20 years and deliver stable long-term power supply meeting North American grid requirements.
