1.Product Overview
3300kVA American type pad-mounted transformer is an integrated, fully sealed, compact distribution power equipment. It integrates high-voltage load switch, fuse protection system, transformer core and winding, low-voltage distribution cabinet into one integral unit. This product adopts oil-immersed fully insulated structure, featuring small footprint, high safety and maintenance-free operation. It is widely applied for solar power plants, wind energy projects, industrial parks, urban grid renovation, commercial buildings and mining power supply systems.
The standard model is ZGS11 / ZGS13-3300kVA, supporting terminal power supply and loop network power supply modes, which effectively improves power supply reliability.
2. Core Advantages
- Ultra-compact Structure: The volume is only 1/3 of the European-style box transformer with the same capacity, saving installation space and foundation construction cost.
- Full Insulation & Full Sealing: All high-voltage live parts are immersed in transformer oil. The whole machine is dust-proof, waterproof and corrosion-resistant with IP43 protection grade, suitable for outdoor long-term operation.
- High Safety Performance: Equipped with double fuse protection for short circuit and overload protection. With interlock protection device to avoid mis-operation and ensure personal and equipment safety.
- Stable Heat Dissipation: Adopts corrugated radiator and natural oil circulation cooling (ONAN), stable operation under high temperature environment.
- Maintenance-free Design: No oil conservator structure, automatic compensation for oil volume expansion and contraction, effectively preventing oil leakage and reducing daily maintenance work.
